Why OMRIA Exists

A skilled MRI technologist calls in sick.
The list fills up. Patients wait....

It's not a rare edge case — it's Tuesday.

OMRIA was built for exactly that moment.
Secure remote scanning that steps in when your team is stretched thin.

"A radiologist's read is only as good as the scan in front of them. That's why quality is non-negotiable for us."

Maximilian Schaber

Founder & CEO
"Our partners need scanning capacity they can count on;  every shift, every day. That predictability is what we've engineered OMRIA to deliver."

Founder & COO / CTO

Our Mission

A world where geography is never a barrier to precision medicine; where any MRI scanner, anywhere, can be operated with the expertise of the world's best specialists at the expense of a click.

Quality and safety first

Quality and safety aren't things we strive for. They're the foundation of what we do. No exceptions.

Reliability above all

Our clients can't afford uncertainty. So we've made reliability the one thing they'll never have to think about

Access for everyone

Expert scanning shouldn't depend on the size of your hospital. It should depend on the needs of your patients. With hubs scanning across countries, we make world-class radiology everyone's reality.

Efficiency as outcome

We never lead with cost. Efficiency is what you earn when quality, reliability, and access come first.

Cross-Country CMRI case

A First. A Proof. A New Standard.
  • The gap nobody was solving - Cardiac MRI is one of the most operator-dependent scans in radiology. Most centers have the Scanner. Very few have the expertise to run it. Patients were being redirected to less accurate alternatives, or left without a clear diagnosis.

  • The idea - What if the scanner stayed local, the patient as well, but the expertise didn't have to?

  • The case - A 70-year-old male patient. A Siemens Altea 1.5T in Germany. A MRI technologist operating remotely from Egypt. From thousands of kilometers away, our technologist ran a full Basic Myocarditis Protocol; scouts, cines, TIRM sequences, rest perfusion, and late gadolinium enhancement across four planes. ECG gating was managed in real time despite artifact interference. Contrast administration was coordinated live with the on-site team. The patient followed every breathing command. The scan ran smoothly from start to finish.

  • Behind the scenes - The local operator prepared the patient, managed contrast injection, and ensured safety at every step. Our expert CMRI MRI technologist handled scan execution, sequence planning, and real-time adjustments; remotely, seamlessly, and without interruption.
Two teams. One scan. One replicable standard of care.

  • The result - A complete myocardial assessment. Diagnostic quality images. A patient who, without remote scanning, would simply not have had access to this level of care.

  • What it proved - Cardiac MRI is not limited by location. It is limited by expertise, OMRIA is that Expertise, we are not bound by geographic borders.
